Since 2006 Matthias and Thaisa have enjoyed riding and teaching here in the United States alongside Olympian Nona Garson. "At Nona's, we have gained much experience in showing and training students on hunters in all divisions, training students on equitation horses and showing and training jumpers up to Grand Prix," say Thaisa and Matthias." "We are excited to bring that same quality of training to Apex Equestrian."

One Hour Private Lesson: $75
Half Hour Private Lesson: $50
One Hour Semi-Private Lesson: $50
Individual Training Ride: $30
Horse Show Coaching/Training: $75/day + expenses (includes all riding or coaching throughout the show)
We are located in the heart of the triangle. Just out side of Raleigh, Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill.
Our facility is one of the nicer facilities in the area with both and outdoor and covered indoor arenas.
At AEC, we encourage all of our competitive riders to test their skills at the many area horse shows. The AEC horses and riders attend a wide variety of USA Equestrian “A” shows from the Governor James B. Hunt Horse Complex in Raleigh to the prestigious Winter Equestrian Festival in West Palm Beach. In addition, AEC supports the many high quality “C” shows around “the Triangle”.
